Privacy Policy

Lelfy does not track you across the web. There are no ads, no third-party trackers, and no sale, rental, or sharing of personal data.

Our privacy promise

Lelfy collects very little information and uses it only to run, protect, and understand the website.

Lelfy is a free educational website published by Grid Pulsar. You can read the site and use its educational tools without creating an account or telling us who you are. We do not try to identify individual readers. We do not build profiles about them.

This page explains every type of information Lelfy handles. It also explains what Lelfy deliberately does not do.

The one cookie

Lelfy uses one first-party cookie named cookie_consent.

This cookie records only whether you dismissed or accepted the cookie notice. It does not contain an identifier or any personal data. It is not used to follow you around Lelfy or across other websites.

The cookie comes directly from Lelfy. No advertising company, analytics provider, social network, or other third party places cookies through the site.

Page view analytics

Lelfy counts page views on Grid Pulsar's own server without using analytics cookies.

The analytics record:

  • The number of page views.
  • The referring site, when the request provides one.
  • A rough country derived from the request.
  • A rough device type derived from the request.

These measurements help Grid Pulsar understand which pages are read and the broad kinds of devices used to visit them. They do not create a profile of you. They do not follow you between websites. The analytics data stays on Grid Pulsar's own server and is never sent to a third party.

Web server logs

Lelfy's web server keeps standard technical logs for security and troubleshooting.

These logs record:

  • Your IP address.
  • Your browser user agent.
  • The page requested.
  • The time of the request.

A web server needs to receive a request before it can send a page back. The logs give Grid Pulsar a technical record that can be checked when the site has a problem or faces a security issue. They are not used to profile readers.

The free IQ test

The free IQ test runs entirely inside your browser, so your answers and score never reach Lelfy's server.

Your answers are not transmitted to the server. Your score is not transmitted to the server. Neither the answers nor the score is stored by Lelfy.

If you create a shareable result link, the result is encoded inside the link itself. The link does not point to a saved result in a Lelfy database, because no server record of the result exists. Anyone who receives a result link can read the result encoded in that link, so choose for yourself where and with whom you share it.

Email contact

If you email Lelfy, your email address is used only to reply to you.

Contact is available at [email protected]. Sending an email gives Grid Pulsar the address you sent it from and the information you chose to put in the message. Lelfy has no contact form and does not use your address for a newsletter, advertising, or any unrelated purpose.

Please avoid including personal information that is not needed for your question.

What Lelfy never does

Lelfy does not make money from tracking readers or collecting personal data.

  • No advertising. There is no ad network, no ad cookie, and no retargeting.
  • No third-party analytics or tracking. Lelfy does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Facebook pixel, or any third-party tracker of any kind.
  • No sale or disclosure of personal data. Grid Pulsar does not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone.
  • No reader database. Lelfy has no user accounts, newsletter, sign-up forms, or comment system.
  • No tracking widgets. Lelfy has no embedded third-party widgets that track readers.

These limits apply across Lelfy. Reading an article or using a tool does not enrol you in anything and does not place you in an advertising audience.

School-age readers

Lelfy is aimed at school-age readers and collects nothing that would identify one as a user of the site.

There are no accounts, profiles, public posts, comments, sign-up forms, or newsletter subscriptions. The IQ test does not send answers or scores to Lelfy. The single cookie contains no identifier or personal data.

Like other websites, Lelfy's server receives technical requests and keeps the standard logs described above. Those logs are used for security and troubleshooting, not to identify or profile school-age readers. A reader who emails Lelfy chooses what to include, and the email address is used only to reply.

Links to other websites

When you leave Lelfy through an outbound link, the other website's own privacy policy applies.

Lelfy cannot control what another website collects or does after you visit it. An outbound link does not give that website information from a Lelfy account, because Lelfy has no user accounts. Before giving personal information to another site, read its privacy information and make your own choice.

Your requests

You may ask what information Grid Pulsar holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing [email protected].

In practice, there is almost nothing connected to you for Grid Pulsar to find or delete. The analytics do not build reader profiles. The IQ test sends and stores no answers or scores. The consent cookie sits in your browser and contains no identifier or personal data. Lelfy has no account, newsletter, sign-up, or comment records.

A relevant record may exist if you have emailed Lelfy or if a standard server log contains your request details. Give enough information to explain what you want us to check, but do not send extra personal details.

Policy updates

If this privacy policy changes, the updated wording and effective date will appear on this page.

Effective date: 29 August 2026.
